School Timetable - Updated 5th January 2022

Please could we ask that you adhere to the times issued to help to keep everybody safe. Please could all adults wear a face coverings while picking up your child to help with the prevention of spreading the COVID-19 virus.

At Hemlington Hall Academy we pride ourselves in extending the school day to provide all children will the opportunity to enhance their learning. The doors open at 8.35am for children to prepare themselves for lessons and begin the school day in a more settled and relaxed environment.

Parents / Carers / Family Members:

Please stick to the allocated drop off and collection times. They are still staggered, as we continue to reduce overcrowding for parents, children and staff whilst covid distancing measures are recommended.

 

Breakfast Club

Gate 3: 8.10am – 8.20am drop off

 

Nursery Drop Off / Collection

Nursery Children should be dropped off and collected from Gate 1.

If you have older children, it would be preferable for them to go to their own gate. If this is a problem, please speak to a Teacher.

 

(am) children 8.30am – 11.30am

If you have older children, please ensure drop-off is no later than 8.40am, when Nursery door will close.

 

(pm) children 12.30pm – 3.30pm

If you have older children, please ensure pick-up is no earlier than 3.20pm, when Nursery door will open.

 

30hour children 8.30am – 3.15pm Mon – Thursday

8.30am – 11.30am Friday

If you have older children, please ensure drop-off is no later than 8.40am and pick-up is no earlier than 3.20pm.

Reception: Drop Of / Pick up point: Gate 1 – Nursery pedestrian Gate

 

Mr Bennett’s Class: Parents to assemble to the left of the Gate, on the Carlile Hill side of the pathway please.

 

Drop off Time: 8.35am – 8.40am

Pick up Time: 3.05pm

 

Miss Norlund’s Class: Parents to assemble to the right of the Gate, on the Main school gate side of the pathway please.

 

Drop off Time: 8.40am – 8.45am

Pick up Time: 3.10pm

Drop Off

Reception and Miss Lovatt’s Classes should be dropped off and collected from Gate 1.

If you have older children, they should go to their own gate.

 

Other year groups / family groups can arrive via Gates 3, 4 or 5 (NOT Gate 1) from 8.35am – 8.45am. Please be considerate when parking: safety first J

 

Pick up

 

To avoid lost learning time, and for reasons of safety, please collect your children from the correct Gate from January 2022.
