Please complete this form to book a place on our ‘BOOGIE BOUNCE’ After School Club commencing Thursday 8th January until Thursday 19th February 2026 (7 weeks).
* The cost for the club is £1.00 per session – £7.00 in total for 7 weeks.
* Pupils in Year 4, Year 5 & Year 6 may attend, please note PLACES ARE LIMITED.
* A message will be sent out to inform you if your child has a place.
* Important: * Children should be collected from School Gate 1 (Nursery) at 4.10pm promptly.
