There are many different ways you can help your child with Maths. Here are some activities you could complete together at home.

Year 1/Year 2

Year 5 & Year 6

Children are expected to continue with the addition and subtraction methods with more digits. Once your child has a secure understanding of the methods for addition and subtraction they should move on to working with decimals .

Once it is secure your child should move on to using their knowledge to solve word problems.
